With our roots in the medical field, all products are developed with consumer's health top of mind. Some products claiming to offer "compression" are not true gradient compression products and may contain little to no compression or actually offer reverse compression. Therafirm's unique ability to combine healthy, true gradient compression with the most up-to-date technologies available results in superior, quality compression garments.

Sitting for long periods of time can reduce blood flow to the legs and feet. Therafirm 15–20mmHg gradient compression socks and hosiery are designed to help prevent edema, leg discomfort, and deep vein thrombosis for long distance travelers.
Fashionable Compression
We offer our products in a variety of styles and yarn types – including opaque, sheer and microfiber – as well as knit pattern texture options. Color options include fashionable neutral colors for any look.
Comfortable Coolness
Moisture-wicking yarns wick moisture away from the skin to the exterior of the sock, moving moisture up and out of the foot area, which provides a more comfortable coolness.

Therafirm products are proudly made in the USA in our own manufacturing facility in Hamlet, NC with corporate headquarters in Kansas City, KS.
